A New Residents Association

Pan Peninsula has evolved since 2008 when the first residents moved in and is now host to a diverse and vibrant community. The Confederation of Pan Peninsula Leaseholders and Residents (CPPLR) is a new association created with the residents in mind and with the following values built into it’s DNA.

DEMOCRACY

Voted for by leaseholder and residents yearly, with elections held in an open manner via this website.

TRANSPARENCY

The CPPLR is open to all, and any members are able to join the monthly meetings. No feeling of a secret society.

TOGETHERNESS

The CPPLR will work with other Resident Associations across the Ballymore portfolio and the Canary Wharf area to ensure that together we are stronger.

COMMUNITY VOICE

Giving all residents & Leaseholders a voice through openly canvasing their views & allowing voting on operational, financial or opinion matters.

This new associations aim is to make Pan Peninsula a great place to live for all residents, a valuable investment for current and new Leaseholders and to be part of our wider local community.

The new association has come out of conversations and feedback from some Residents & Leaseholders that they would like to have a say in how they are represented, with an ability to share their views on their home or investment.

The decision to form a new RA was put to the leaseholders & residents of Pan Peninsula and closed with a vote of 79% in favour of forming a new RA. Over the coming months we will be looking for new committee members to join as we move towards a formation date.

You can become a member of this Pan Peninsula Residents site to access the information provided for Residents & Leaseholders without joining the proposed Residents Association. However, we welcome all Residents and Leaseholders to opt in to being a member of the association when you create an account or to also register your interest in becoming part of the committee.
