  • Andy Yardley

    Andy has been a Pan Peninsula resident since 2010 and has seen its transformation from a vibrant, luxurious building to its current state. With years of experience challenging BAML and securing wins for residents, he's passionate about restoring Pan Peninsula's services and features while ensuring value for money. Due to time contraints and the freehold discussion - Andy is proposing to join the committee in a purely administrative capacity.
  • Andrew Moutrie

    Andrew has been a leaseholder since Pan Peninsula was built and hs experience in executive and non-executive leadership, strategy, business development, project and change management. He's keen to provide both continuity for the work done by the PPRA in 2025 and maintain an active RA essential to work and represent stakeholder interests to improve services, reduce and control costs and remains focused on restoring Pan Peninsula and making it a great place to live and work.
  • Dr Maxi Malekniazi-Kaushal

    Max moved to London from Birmingham in 2016 and has been actively involved in addressing cladding issues in another building. She has worked closely with fellow residents and the management company throughout the tribunal process. She would like to join the committee to contribute her experience, to continue the transparent and democratic decision-making already in place, and to help ensure that the collective views of all leaseholders are respected, as they clearly are with the last association.
  • Michela Pollini

    Michela is Italian by heart and a Londoner by choice, with a background shaped by her studies at Warwick Business School and a career in structured, people-focused environments. Her approach is defined by clarity, commitment, and a strong belief that shared spaces deserve care and stewardship. Motivated by a deep respect for community and the quality of the built environment, she is standing for the Residents’ Association Committee to help drive improvements, transparency, and renewed pride in Pan Peninsula. Currently between roles, she is able to dedicate the time and energy needed to support meaningful progress for residents.
  • Adam Goodwin

    Adam is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with over ten years’ experience in senior financial leadership, governance, and operational oversight, alongside practical experience managing residential blocks and service charge budgets. He brings a pragmatic, detail-focused approach to financial oversight, with a clear emphasis on transparency, value for money, and effective challenge. As a member of the Pan Peninsula Residents’ Association Committee, he is motivated by delivering measurable improvements for leaseholders through clearer service charge information and stronger engagement with managing agents and stakeholders.
